ChloroFiltr

ChloroFiltr® is a novel polymeric based sorbent designed for the removal of chlorophyll from acetonitrile extracts. Traditional QuEChERS cleanup approaches use graphitized carbon black (GCB) to remove pigments, including chlorophyll, from sample extracts. Although GCB is effective in removing chlorophyll it can also retain planer analytes, resulting in low recovery. UCT has developed a proprietary polymeric sorbent that selectively removes chlorophyll without sacrificing the recovery of planar analytes. ChloroFiltr® is used as a replacement for GCB in the QuEChERS procedure and no additional method modifications are required (optimal cleanup is obtained utilizing acetonitrile).

Select pH Buffer Pouches

To help simplify the process of sample preparation, UCT has developed a line of ‘ready-to-use’ phosphate and acetate buffer pouches. The UCT buffer pouches are a convenient way of accurately preparing the necessary reagents, at the proper pH and concentration, for solid phase extraction methods. These pre-measured pouches eliminate time and more importantly, any potential error in the buffer preparation, ensuring the highest efficiency in the extraction method. As with all UCT products, these buffer pouches are prepared with the same high quality standards used in the manufacture of the entire line of SPE products.

Selectra EtG HPLC

The Selectra line of HPLC columns is created using an ultra-high purity, Type B, spherical silica. This support material minimizes surface activity and allows for high density functional group bonding.
The Selectra EtG phase is designed for maximum retention for polar EtG/EtS alcohol metabolites.
• Baseline resolution differentiating EtG and EtS
